Blue Building Institute (BBI) presents BLUE Lease
AM presented on Tuesday morning the 26th of October in 2021 at 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM on the stand of AM: Blue Building Institute at Provada with an exclusive in-depth session on ESG and BBI's new BLUE Lease format. [stand 12-08]
Wellbeing and health are, certainly after COVID, the most important themes in real estate.
But how do you ensure that a building is and remains healthy? Which certification suits this best? And how do you deal with (mandatory) reporting and ESG objectives?
At its PROVADA stand, AM, together with Blue Building Institute, organised an exclusive in-depth session to answer these questions.
During this session, BBI introduced its new BLUE Lease format. This format has been specially developed for building owners to secure certain agreements regarding for instance (re)certification between contractors and tenants.
The session took place at the AM stand in Hall 12, stand number 8 on Tuesday the 26th of October in 2021 from 10.30 to 11.30 am.
Nils Bonder: "At AM we know better than anyone that our people are the real value of the company. Blue Lease helps us to make good agreements between the owner of the building, tenants and contractors. In this way, we create a joint commitment, we continue to steer towards achieving the desired results and we keep the building and our workplace healthy and sustainable."
Alexandra A. Jurgens-Boot: "Health in the built environment is no longer a question, it is the answer."
